Starting at only $1,400 USD a month plus utilities, Villa Pacifico Sur (villas #1064 and #1065) is an extremely cheap option for long term vacationers. A cozy 1000 sq ft, these villas provide just what you need.

With two bedrooms, each villa has the ability to accommodate 6 people, making the value for your dollar undeniable. The first bedroom consists of a queen sized bed complete with its own three piece ensuite. While the second bedroom includes two double beds as well as its own ensuite.

The two villas are identical apart from one thing, one unit has laundry and no grill. while the other has no laundry but access to a grill. For those staying in the rental unit with no laundry, pickups can be arranged through My Huatulco Vacation. What the two units do share however, is access to a four person dining table, outdoor patio set, and lastly gorgeous views of Arrocito Bay.

You can expect a calm environment when it comes to either of these villas, as the building is comprised of permanent residents, owners and retirees. Meaning you typically won’t encounter any surrounding ruckus. A perfect environment to enjoy the shared pool and lounge area.

Location

As far as location goes, Villa Pacifico Sur is perfectly situated. With a short 3-4 minute walk along a flat terrain, you will find yourself on the amazing Arrocito beach. This incredible beach produces calm waters thanks to the reef break, making swimming and snorkeling conditions ideal.
