Villa Paxia (villa #1052) is located in Sector O, which is a short 6 minute walk to Chahue where you’ll find beach clubs, restaurants, spas and shops. It’s also about a 20 minute walk to Santa Cruz, a tourist town west of the sector.

Sector O consists primarily of newer builds – many completed as recently as summer 2010. The area tends to be comprised of many Canadian and American owners, typically snowbirds and tourists.

The one year-old property, Villa Paxia, does not offer a direct ocean view but it does offer an amazing amount of privacy and a great location (a 5-7 minute walk to the nearest beach).

Living space

The living/dining/kitchen area is on the entry level street side of the house. Which is covered and has windows excluding the area that opens onto the central garden. Because it is covered, the villa provides great shelter, however, the open nature of the rest of the villa offers breezes and an overall airy feel. The living space is large and open with a modern decor. Leaving lots of room to find a quiet space to relax.

Bedrooms

On the other side of the central garden you will find the three bedrooms. The two bottom bedrooms are accessed by sliding glass doors, that both close and lock. Each of these bedrooms include both A/C and bathrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a sturdy wood door that locks.

There are also large sliding glass windows on both sides of the master to create great ventilation. Not to mention, the master has it’s own private ensuite, AC, and terrace.

The building wraps around the central pool, which offers access to the sun from all sides at any given point in the day. The poolside furniture includes a new patio dining set as well as loungers for you to enjoy.
